The valve open: sampling

Can manual valve can turn the handle to open (adjustable valve) or by driving rod open (on/off valve).

The stem and diaphragm retraction, causes the liquid flows.

Valve: sterilization

During reverse steps built-in spring to close the valve, the cavity between the way a hose unit vacant for sterilization. If you use steam sterilization, we suggest that the valve outlet to a small pressure release valve (belong to choose products).

The standard design

Aseptic sampling valve consists of three parts, valve body, valve head and diaphragm. Rubber diaphragm on the valve head rod can be adjustable. Various models between the body and valve head can replace each other.

There are two kinds of aseptic sampling valve specifications

- the M5 valve for low viscosity materials such as water, beer, wine and liquid milk.

- M7 valve for high viscosity material, such as fruit yoghurt syrup and ice cream.

M9 valve can also match with the micro sampling, sampling by sample needle.
